Key functions included management recruiting, orientation programing, leadership training for management, performance planning, succession planning and high potential management develop programs.
Bruce co-founded Delston Incorporated in 1989 and over the next decade grew the company into the largest regional contract food service company in the Maritimes with over 80 clients and 400 associates. This required an entrepreneurial mindset; investment, finance and accounting skills; risk management; sales and the building of a corporate culture. In 1998 Bruce sold the company to Compass Group.
